Rio Viejo Oloroso is topaz color, smell elegant and complex. The palate is full-bodied. It enjoys an intense and long finish. Lustau has two vineyards in the Jerez: the Montegilillo vineyard, located north of the so-called zone of the “Jerez Superior” in the so-called payment “Carrascal” consists of albarizas land, very suitable for growing the palomino grape .
Therefore, this vine is responsible for providing musts for making dry wines, such as chamomile, fine, Amontillados or odorous.
