Bright straw yellow, exotic notes on the nose, lots of ripe yellow pineapple, but also citrus and herbal notes, ripe, full on the palate, quite fruity, robust towards the end, delicately tart, great length.
Expansion After gentle whole grape pressing in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels. Fermented exclusively with natural yeasts, stored on the fine yeast.
