• Blend of Grenache, Carignan, and a small amount of Mataró • Sourced from an old 2HA vineyard, bush-head vines • Ancestral farming by hand and horse • Quartz, silty sandy granitic soils • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast in open-top fermenters, with hand punch downs • A small portion was made with whole stems and foot-stomped • Aged for 2 years in very old barrels from various cooperages
