Pansa Blanca (also known as Xarel·lo) is a variety traditionally used to make Cavas in Catalonia.
But it also produces magnificent still wines such as Raventós D’Alella, which is pleasant, intense, fruity, tasty and balanced and, as its name indicates, comes from the D.O. Alella, a small region near Barcelona with a century-old winemaking tradition.
