Because no stores within 500 miles of where I live, I ordered from Wine Chateau. The first time I bought this wine, I was looking for something different, something new that I have never had before. This deliciously strong flavored wine was all that plus, oh, so much more. Just the name ~ Elysium ~ conjured in my mind, sensations of exciting bliss. It truly delivered. To make it worth my while, I ordered 6 bottles. The bottles are twice the size of the ones i bought in the store. This made the purchase of 6 bottles even more worth the near $50. postage to be delivered by FedEx. After pouring the wine into a crystal wine glass, the aroma softly drifted up. An aroma of roses at first. Then the fruity scent of strawberries, cherries plus something else. It finishes very clean, just a light tapering off of roses with traces of fruit. The 15% ABV is a nice little boost. Soft enough & strong enough.

Quady Winery has created a wine unlike any other in existence. The first notes are of roses, jasmine along with a very soft pungency. When the liquid bliss first reaches the taste buds it's sweet at first then the floral notes slowly emerge. It goes down very smooth with a clean finish. Warning! Because this wine is so very distinct from any other, you may find yourself craving it.
