Poderi Luigi Einaudi Langhe Rosso Luigi Einaudi 2017

Traditional easy-to-drink wine that comes from the assembly of Dolcetto grapes from the vineyards owned by the Einaudi farm surrounding Dogliani, on the pots of the subzones Madonna delle Grazie, S. Luigi, S. Lucia. Ruby red in color tending to purple, fresh scent rich in hints of fruit, good body, intense flavor of undergrowth and pleasantly tannic, slightly almondy in the finish. With a dry taste and moderate acidity, after a year of aging it has a good body and full taste to end in a long almondy note that denotes all its typicality. The vinification takes place in steel with control of the fermentation temperature (27/32 ° C), racking after 4/5 days, decanting and malolactic induced and completed with the maintenance of the temperature.

Intense undergrowth flavor, pleasantly tannic and slightly almondy in the finish characterize this dry red wine produced in the heart of the Langhe by one of the historical companies of the region.
