Plus & Minus is an Australian label that makes alcohol-free wine. This Pinot Noir is made from South Australian grapes as a real red wine, then has its alcohol removed, leaving it under 0.5%.
It is light-bodied, with cherry, raspberry and a touch of spice. Taking out the alcohol also takes some body and warmth, so it drinks lighter than a regular Pinot Noir. For an alcohol-free red it holds up well at the dinner table.
Serve it slightly chilled, around 55F, in a red wine glass. Pinot Noir is a friendly food wine, so try it with roast chicken, salmon, mushroom pasta or a cheese board.
