Super-creamy, deep, ripe raspberry nose. Warm cinnamon and white-pepper spices fill the mid palate, stippling the silk-spun curve of fruit and smooth bevelled tannic lines.
It opens with a dark toast and beautifully spicy bouquet with citrus fruit and herbal notes, while it displays beautiful red and dark berry and venison aromas that intermingle with juniper and clove nuances on the palate.
Showing fine tannins, this is an elegant, silky textured and perfectlybalanced Pinot with fine yet firm tannins and a good, tight structure that lets enough juice run through to make up for a stimulating, digestible and food-friendly finish.
