• 100% Pinot Noir • Fruit is hand-picked and destemmed • Certified Organic • Native yeast fermentation • Multiple Pinot Noir clones (Abel, Dijon, and Pommard) • Vine age between 20-30 years old • Aged for 12 months in French oak barrel with 35% new, then racked off to oak vat for an additional 11 months • Aged in bottle for one year prior to release
