• Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Sourced from Swan’s 50+ year old Trenton Estate Vineyard, Trenton View, Saralee’s, Catie’s Corner, Ritchie, Solas, DNA and Great Oak, and Tilton Hill • Each block of each vineyard was harvested and fermented separately • 15-20% whole cluster • Native yeast fermentation in open top fermenters • Punch downs by hand three times a day during peak fermentation • Average 21 days on the skins • Aged 10 months in French oak (33% new) • 2,223 cases produced • Bottled unfined and unfiltered • 14% abv
