Perrone Bigaro [Moscato/Brachetto] 2023

Grapes are softly crushed in order to preserve all fragrances. The must macerates with the pomace for 4-5 days to extract all the color and the aromatic patrimony. After destemming, fermentation is carried out at a low temperature in an autoclave.

The rose colored dessert wine (Moscato and Brachetto) offers up floral red raspberries, cinnamon, flowers, sweet herbs and a host of other aromas and flavors. A perennial favorite.
