Les Sinards comes principally from young Beaucastel vines and two neighbouring parcels, Grenache-led as most Chateauneuf is. Dark berry fruit with spicy garrigue, herbes de Provence and a peppery edge, medium bodied and supple. The Perrin family have farmed at Beaucastel for five generations, and this is the accessible wine in the range.
