Rich dimensional aromas of anise, five spice, sweet herbs, and spicy meringue and follow through on a broad, vibrant entry to a lightly sweet and bitter full body with a superb balance of anise, herbs and an underlying creaminess. Finishes with a long lemongrass, aniseed, and bitter wormwood fade. Brilliantly crafted and balanced even at full strength.
