DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Part of Penelope Spirits' philanthropic F-Cancer series, Batch #4 is a limited-edition high-rye bourbon (70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malt) aged four years in new charred American oak. The finishing touch comes from rare French Cabernet Franc wine barriques, imparting layers of dark berry, graphite and spice. Bottled at 100 proof, non-chill-filtered, a portion of proceeds supports cancer research.
