Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Les Caillottes 2025 is a Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, in France's Loire Valley. 'Caillottes' is the local name for the shallow, stony limestone soils found in parts of the appellation, and wines from these soils are known for their bright, mineral character. Crisp and dry, with citrus, white peach and a chalky, saline finish. Serve chilled with goat cheese, oysters or grilled fish. 750ml bottle.
