Garnet black color. Aromas and flavors of warm hay, cedar chips, and wet leather riding boots, black cherry, and boysenberry with a round, bright, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, complex, medium-long finish conveying accents of umami, blackberry and blueberry, and teriyaki beef jerky with drying, grippy, well-integrated tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor.

A rich, well structured wine that paints a story and you can almost envision the Gauchos with their cattle.
