Olivier Leflaive is based in Puligny-Montrachet and built the house on white Burgundy, made in a negociant-eleveur style by long-serving winemaker Franck Grux. Santenay sits at the southern end of the Cote de Beaune and is one of Burgundy's better-value village appellations. Ripe stone fruit with a floral note and a mineral edge.
