TOTALLY DISSATISFIED

First time I’ve ordered from Wine Chateau and will be my last time. I was given a date for delivery before Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, it did not arrive by Christmas, not even by New Year’s Eve. FINALLY was delivered on Jan. 2nd. Instead of sending emails updating my order, I received daily ads promoting their sales. Calling was impossible because I was constantly placed on hold and after several days of this I gave up calling!
