Cuvée Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2012 from Maison De Saint Gall is exclusively elaborated from Chardonnay, and presents a pale golden hue.

It has a delicate effervescence. The nose is complex and very fine, with dry fruits notes. The palate is extremely fine and the final is harmonious.

This superbe 2012 vintage is marvelous for the aperitif, or in accompaniment of fine meals such as a poultry in sauce.
