Aromas of black-skinned fruit, menthol and exotic spice shape the nose. On the taut, elegant palate, fresh acidity and velvety tannins accompany black cherry, blackberry, licorice and tobacco. It closes on a mocha note.
Barbera grapes. Matures for a year in barrels of different sizes. Bright dark ruby. Intense, rich spicy nose. Good maple-like and mulberry fruit. Intense, very progressive and elegant fruit, with a long, coherent finish.
