Strawberry and pepper aromas. Rich strawberry and strong cola body, some mint follows. Moderate low tannins, finishes fruity with some faint vanilla and acidity, drying palate lingers.
Full bodied and simple layers of red and black cherry with hints of blueberry and warm oak. With about thirty minutes you can get some leather and cola for a good addition to the finish.
