Chalk, white flowers, mint, slate and lemon peel race out of the glass. This sparkling wine  on its lees, yet remains remarkably fresh with hints of graphite-infused minerality laced throughout a translucent, magnificently pure finish.

This is a very expressive wine with a unique bouquet focused on candied fruit, tangerine rind, crushed stone, baked bread, beeswax and a fragrant layer of lavender bud or rosemary.
