Farmed biodynamically on the Spanish island of Mallorca, this blend of indigenous and international varieties was hand harvested, fermented separately in stainless steel, and then blended and aged briefly in neutral oak. Tart, juicy, & dark-fruited. Yum! Food Pairing Cured meats, sausages, braised pork.

Forest fruits and red plums with a spicy touch. In the mouth it is light, fresh and persistent. Wonderfully aromatic and full-bodied. Fruity with Mediterranean spice.
