• 90% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc & 4% Malbec • Merlot is from High Road (330 MASL) and Homestead vineyards (260 MASL) • Heavier clay, rocky soils, and lighter, loamy soils • Hand harvested in small batches • Each parcel is fermented separately with indigenous yeast in open top fermenters • Aged 19 months in seasoned French oak barriques • Bottling is carried out by hand with no filtration
