Mezcal Mayalen Wild Cupreata 50% is from the high mountains from the state of Guerrero with this species grows wild and is ideal for the absorption of mineral, resulting sweet taste specific to Agave Cupreata, known locally as Maguey Papalote. The age of maturity of this Agave Cupreata varies but normally occurs between 7-15 years to ensure an ideal concentration of natural sugars and minerals in the heart of the agave or pineapple. Tasting notes: It has a citrus and smoky aroma, silky texture, sweet and citrus flavors with a subtle dark chocolate aftertaste.
