Dark, bright red with purple reflections. Intense, with hints of maraschino cherries, vanilla, and cinnamon. Warm and fruit-laden with good acidity and tannins. Long, fruity finish.
Elegant and important wine, suitable for drinking throughout the meal; excellent with grilled red meat, roasts, and mature cheeses.

A valpo with lots of crushed berry, chocolate and walnut aromas and flavors. So much fruit, yet it’s tight with form and focus. Lightly chewy and polished. Delicious now.
