• 100% Malbec • Vineyard located in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,200 meters above sea level • Hand harvested • Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in epoxy-less square cement pools • Following fermentation, maceration took place for 10 days, the pressed to concrete tanks • Aged for 5-7 months, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation
