Lustau Vermut Rose

The Lustau Vermut Rosé combines the herbal complexity of a classic vermouth with the crisp drinkability of rosé. Made with a blend of traditional sherry wines, the Vermut Rosé combines a dry fino sherry made from Palomino, a sweet Mostcatel and a fruity Tintilla de Rota with a mix of botanicals including cardamom, vanilla, nutmeg and wormwood.

The result is a fruity and floral wine with flavors of sweet vanilla up front followed by savory herbs and a delicately dry finish. Top it with a splash of soda water for a deliciously simple spritz.
