Llord's Schnapps Peppermint

Peppermint Schnapps is a liqueur which has a taste somewhat similar to that of a candy cane. Its flavor is similar to Creme de Menthe, but is not as sweet and is generally clear in color. "Amber Dream" 2 oz. Whiskey 1 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps 10 oz. Ginger Ale Pour whiskey and peppermint schnapps over ice in a Highball glass. Fill with ginger ale. (Chilling ingredients first makes for a great summer drink.)
