Color: intense ruby red with soft violet hues
Nose: intense and delicate notes of spice, pepper, ink, graphite, and coffee; excellent fruity impact resting on an evident and clear note of cassis and balsamic thyme to finish.
Banquet: dry and fresh with medium body, and good acidity. Wild berries and currants flanked by excellent minerality. The finish is long and soft with sector tannins and a persistent finish of toasted almond and cherry.
Ideal in combination with fatty fish and white meats.
