75% Garnacha, 20% Carinena, 3% Syrah and 2% Macabeo

A Priorat with elegance and finesse and none of the inky, cloying notes. While this is still a powerful wine, Fredi Torres is known to have a more delicate touch and the acidity lifts the fruit. The lighter touch allows the terroir to show through more. Rich ripe fruit, high toned florals, dried herbs, licorice and white pepper. Velvety tannins and a mineral edge. Great with a 30 minute decant.
