This sparkling wine, produced by the long version of the Charmat Method, is a blend of Merlot and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in the Montello area. It appears a seductive, luminous rose-pink and exhibits a long-lingering, slender bead.
The nose releases rich fragrances of wild red berryfruit alongside rose petals, fresh-baked bread, and yeastiness. The palate shows a pronounced, crisp acidity with full flavours, then a dry, lengthy finish, making for a deliciously enjoyable wine.
