Laurent Ponsot Bourgogne Blanc 2018

Laurent Ponsot’s 2017 Bourgogne Blanc is quite a fine example of its level offering up a deep nose of white peach apple chalky soil tones a touch of lees and a topnote of dried flowers.

On the palate the wine is crisp full-bodied and nicely plump at the core with good length vibrant acids and lovely balance on the finish. Good juice.
