To the eye the Noble Cuvée Brut has a light golden color enlivened by a myriad of ?ne bubbles.On the nose aromas of fresh pear, white fruits, ?oral and honey are enriched by notes of baked apples and cinnamon and heightened by a touch of minerality.On the palate the initial impression is soft with notes of pear and honey.It is delightful when paired with oysters, a fish terrine, a lobster salad with hints of citrus or honey chicken.The epitome of the Lanson style.
