Crafted from Monterey's cool-climate vineyards, La Crema's Pinot Noir is fermented in a mix of French oak and stainless steel with wild yeast to accentuate red cherry, cola and forest floor nuances. Aged nine months in 30% new oak, it yields supple tannins at 14.2% ABV.
