La Chablisienne Chablis Cote de Lechet 2016

This Premier Cru, a rare wine, sunlit and ethereal, is made with grapes from Chardonnay vines that grow on a clay and limestone soil deriving from Kimmeridgian geological times. The vineyard is located on the left bank of the River Serein near the village of Milly.

These wines, coming from a mosaic of "climats", or vineyard plots, provide a pallet of emotions marked with a truly mineral touch.
