Unrelated to 'true' Syrah, Petite Sirah makes excellent wine in California and here in Mexico. A medley of fruit character from red currants to blueberries. Silky, velvety tannins, nice concentration and weight.Intense red grenade with a clear violet glint.Red fruit aroma such as red guava, blackberry and floral notes.Dewberry, hibiscus with notes of forest and truffle flavor.Red meats, pasta, cheeses, and Mexican dishes with elaborated sauces.Best served at 16°C.L.A. Cetto Petite Syrah is fermented for 15 days and then aged 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.ABV: 13.5%
