DESCRIPTION
Mexico- Fruity and musty aromas with light smoke notes. Sweet and slightly bitter on the palate with flavors of cooked agave. The finish is long, spicy, and powerful. Made from Espadin agave.
Aromatics: Of a fresh ocean breeze followed by coconut milk, hazelnut, celery, and star fruit. Herbaceous notes of oregano, followed by thai basil, cedar, and roasted pineapple.
On the palate: slight smoky notes come through with a combination of fruit along with walnuts and cocoa nibs which leave a slight spice on the finish.
