DESCRIPTION

Chacha is a traditional Georgian clear and strong distillate made from the pulp, skins, seeds and stems of indigenous Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes using unique technology, including double distillation of a grape must in old fashion copper stills. The original recipe was passed down through generations. The flavored Chacha is infused with locally sourced natural ingredients.

Aged in French oak for 6 months and presents floral aromas complemented by fruity and light honey notes.

Good authentic chacha ( similar to grappa, not quite the same). Good flavor and smooth. Goes well with red meat dishes and by itself after a dinner.
