A large Petit Chablis! From a plot of “Sur les Clos” just above Grand Cru “Les Clos” with a terroir of the so-called Portlandian, where Chablis is mainly Kimmeridgien, a much older layer of chalk. This gives more aromas of citrus, fresher in the mouth and already a pleasure to drink.
