A surprising Spanish white wine made from Moscatel de Grano Menudo (aka Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains), Juan Gil Blanco comes from DO Jumilla. Produced by the Juan Gil winery, known for its Monastrell wines, this dry white wine is sourced from vines planted at over 700 metres of altitude.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, Juan Gil Blanco 2021 was aged for some weeks before its bottling. This varietal white wine from Jumilla is fresh and fruit-driven.
