Very earthy nose with wild strawberry, Forrest floor and spicy aromas. Very smooth and well structured on the palate. Good structure and balance, lighter on palate compare to many other Oregon Pinot Noir's. Medium body, not too thin.
Expected cherry flavour but accompanied with nice complexity: tobacco, coco, hint on black pepper and even tarragon
