JCb Cotes de Provence Rose No. 5 2016

Bright, cantaloupe-peach in color, this wine entices you from the bottle. The delicate notes of peach blossom, kumquat, apricot and a hint of slate waft out of the glass. These notes are all reminiscent of the Mediterranean coastline, highlighted by the magnificent limestone mountain ridge from the Montagne Sainte Victoire region of Lower Provence. The crisp, light notes of fresh picked fraise, raspberry galette and white nectarine coat the palate, leading to a smooth, elegant, and long, lingering finish.

Brilliant, rose-petal pink in color with purple nuances. The nose is delicate with scents of red berries, citrus and spicy white blossoms. Soft and delectable on the palate with floral notes and flavors of white fruit. Boasts remarkable balance and a fresh finish.

This delectable wine may be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with grilled prawns, red mullet with fennel, and more.
