Made from 75% New York Rye, with a significant percentage of that being the highly flavorsome Horton Ryethis distiller coaxed back to life on farms around NY, 13% New York Corn and12% malted barley, the blend for this flagship bottling was drawn from stocks aged 6,7 & 8yrs old. Bottled at 92 proof.
