Some notes of jam mixed with a tiny bit of leather. 6 weeks maceration, 18-22 months on the lees in barriques (50% new, 50% used), unfiltered, unfinedAromas of toasted wood, blackberry, sour cherry, violets, mineral and liquorice.Hints of plum and blackberry over mineral notes deriving from the soil
