well-balanced, straightforward wine with pleasant aromas of white fruit and oak. It will develop in the bottle for 5 to 10 years.Hints of petrol and lemongrass are present on the ripe aromas of white peach, pear and equally discreet wood influence. There is bit better verve and precision to the rounded and fleshy middle weight flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the very dry finale. This is sufficiently firm to repay mid-term cellaring but also sufficiently forward to be approachable young.
Serve with white meats, vegetarian fare such as gratins and fresh cheeses such as goat cheese.
