Stock Status is not accurate

I was initially thrilled to find Jacquins Rock and Rye on their site. The site indicated the product was in stock so ordered 3 bottles. My bank account was credited $80 plus dollars next day for the order. Several days passed and I noticed it had not been shipped so I contacted Chateau. They advised the product was on back order! The web site still says it is in stock. No idea when I will receive the Rand R....but will pursue a refund if it is more than another week. So don't trust availability on Chateaus website.

PERFECT PURCHASE

Price was right as you cannot find this type of "Rock n Rye" here on the west coast, packaged really well, and one-time delivery. When I young living in a suburb of Philadelphia, I could always find this, however can't find it out here in Seattle. I will continue to use "Wine Chateau" with more deliveries of this Rock n Rye, as well as several other items that are not available here in Seattle. Thank you very much "Wine Chateau"... -Marcus-
