Opulent, dark fruit of black cherry with spice, cinnamon and clove on the entry. Smooth integrated oak brings out cola flavors in the mid-palate and a vanilla toast on the finish that enhances the wine’s soft balanced texture. Blended with a touch of Petite Sirah to bring notes of spice and pepper to the wine.
Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Petite Sirah
Bright dark ruby color. Confected aromas of grenadine and berry smoothie with a supple, bright, fruity light-to-medium body and a seamless, swift stewed plum and vanilla soft-serve finish with soft tannins and moderate oak flavor. A juicy, somewhat confected Cabernet for weeknight quaffing.
