Hex Vom Dasenstein Pinot Noir 2018

This dark ruby red wine combines a fine fruit bouquet with a nice, warm body. In it, you’ll find a good balance of fruit and earthiness on the palate with a medium tannic profile.

This wine will go nicely with baked salmon, smoked chicken, and savory pork dishes (think BBQ pork chops or pork loin with sage, mushrooms, and garlic, etc).
