This is a limited edition wine produced as a tribute to the first settlers who clung to the lands of Gush Etzion in 1927.
New flavors are emerging and a balanced complexity continues to develop. A Bordeaux-style blend, with a dark and deep color. The wine is complex and balanced with a long finish. Aromas of chocolate, cherry and tobacco, follow through and lead to a complex and layered palate with a long finish.
